- Washing your face/not sleeping with make up on
- Using a planner
- Drinking more water
- Making your bed
- Taking your vitamins/medication
- Going on walks
- Reading something every day, even if it’s just an article online
- Paying someone a compliment
- Checking to make sure you aren’t holding tension in your body
- Breathing exercises
- Putting everything in its proper place before you go to work/school for the day or before you go to bed
- Reminding yourself you’re capable
When you love, I think it’s better to love with your whole heart than to be safe and reserved. I know it might set you up for getting your heart broken which is no fun, but even if that does happen, at least you know that you gave it your all. If it didn’t work out, it wasn’t your fault because you were brave enough to say, “hey, I love the absolute shit out of you, I hope that’s enough”.
